When arranging appointments such as repairs, inspections, ASB investigations etc., staff will now ask you about health or recent travel. This is to protect other tenants and employees and to ensure we deliver the right level of service.
The Association will also ask if you are self-isolating before a staff member calls to visit.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update this information if we need to take any further measures.
