Ways to pay your rent
WSCHA offers the option of paying rent by Allpay swipe card. If you choose this method of payment then you will be supplied with an Allpay card which will be embossed with your name and a unique payment reference number.

Ways to use your Allpay swipe card
You can use your swipe card to make rent payments in the following ways:
- any Post office or Paypoint retail outlet
- online on our website

You can pay your rent with your Allpay swipe card at post offices, shops and garages showing a Paypoint sign. Visit the Allpay website to find out your nearest place to pay.
WSCHA accepts rent payments by debit or credit card. There is no charge for paying by debit card.

You can use your debit or credit card to make rent payments in the following ways:
- by calling into our office
- online
- by telephone
WSCHA would always encourage you to pay your rent by Standing Order or Allpay Swipe card, however we will also accept payments by cash or cheque.

- by calling to our office
- Cheques can be posted but never post cash to the office
This is the preferred method for paying your rent. It provides you with a convenient, secure and reliable way to ensure that your payments are made regularly.
How does a Standing Order work?
A standing order is a recurring payment arrangement with your bank where you authorize a fixed amount to be transferred from your account to another account (in this instance WSCHA account) on a regular basis. It can be set up to be sent either weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly, depending on your individual circumstances.

Is there a charge for paying rent by Standing Order?
There are no cost for setting up a standing order, you control it at all times and can change the amount via your ebanking or by calling into your branch.

It’s very important that you pay your rent and charges on time as we need the income to pay for repairs to your home and for the other services you receive.
We want you to live in your home for the long term. However, if there is debt on your rent we may take legal action that could result in the loss of your home.
Please can you contact the association if you have any changes of circumstances to report i.e. phone numbers, dependents moving out, another person moving in etc.
